Mac stuck on the Apple logo?
The progress bar stops, the Mac restarts in a loop, or it shows a circle with a line through it. The risk is that someone "fixes" it by erasing it.

What to do right now
- Don't erase or reinstallErasing the disk or restoring in DFU mode wipes the files you're trying to save.
- Note what you seeThe logo, the progress bar, any error symbol. It helps the diagnosis.
- Stop retryingRepeated restarts on a failing drive make recovery harder.
Common causes

- Board power faultsA rail that drops out under load, so the Mac restarts mid-boot.
- Damaged macOSA failed update or full disk that stops macOS loading.

How we fix it
We work out whether it's the storage, the board or the software, recover your data first, and only then repair or reinstall.
Questions
Before you book
Will I lose my files?
Usually not. In most cases the data is still on the Mac. We recover it before or as part of the repair, and we tell you before doing anything that could affect it.
Are you Apple?
No. We are an independent repair and data recovery workshop with Apple-certified technicians. Unlike a board replacement, our component-level repair keeps your original board and your data.
